With over 20 years of land use planning and project management experience, Chris has the skills and knowledge to effectively prepare your project and monitor it through the land use process life cycle.  Chris obtained PMI Certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and certification as a Green Belt in Six Sigma.  While employed at St. Charles Health Center in Bend, Chris was part of the project management team on multiple projects.

Schmoyer Land Use Consulting, LLC, prepares your project so that it contains the elements necessary to submit application to the planning division. We facilitate and participate in meetings and public hearings between governmental staff, political bodies and land development professionals and attorneys to resolve issues and alleviate concerns to increase the realization of your project.

Whether you are an attorney, developer, engineering, surveying or architectural firm, or the general public looking for assistance, we can help you.   In addition to subcontracting with development industry professionals, we are also available for contract work with governmental agencies as long as it does not create a conflict of interest.
